Southcreek Management Company is looking for a motivated full-time maintenance technician in Elizabethtown, Ky.
Essential Job Functions
- Complete all work orders in an efficient and timely manner.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market condition.
- Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete task.
- Must be able to work on and repair building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC & more.
- Performs day-to-day repairs and effectively execute a preventative maintenance plan.
- Complete necessary required paperwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability in the maintenance field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
