Pay: $13.00 per hour

Schedule: Up to 16 hours per week. Every Saturday and Sunday starting in March from 9:30am-6:00pm with one unpaid 30-minute lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks.

• In June and July, the schedule will exclusively extend to Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 9:30am-6:00pm.
• Saturday and Sunday schedule will resume in August.

Sawgrass Lakes is a community homeowner’s association of 900+ homes located in West Melbourne FL. We are now hiring certified lifeguards for our 2-story waterslide and surrounding pool. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, reliable, and enjoy spending time under the sun! Main Job responsibilities include:

- Supervising patron activity of the waterslide and pool.

- Responding to emergency situations and initiating First-Aid.

- Turning on and off the waterslide at the beginning and end of each shift.

- Enforcement of amenity center rules and policies.

- Maintaining a clean and safe pool deck and waterslide space.

Requirements:

- Must already have lifeguard certification prior to starting.

- Must be at least 15 years old or older.

- Must have reliable transportation

- Sunday Availability from 9:30am-6:00pm.

- Must be able to pass drug test and background check.

• After 6 months of work in good standing, the association will also reimburse the cost of your lifeguard certification.
