• Ability to learn and acquire knowledge of residential construction, remodeling, cleaning, packing out, and water techniques of each division of the company
• Assists in the demolition and clean-up of all job sites
• Works with entire management staff and team
• Communicates all pertinent job-related information to the supervisor daily
• Reports any job site problems or concerns to the supervisor immediately
• Acquires multiple skills by assisting the management staff and team
• Able to climb heights and use ladders
• Assists in picking up materials and supplies
• Always maintains a clean and safe environment
• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
• Safely operates company vehicles by the safety policy manual and reports any equipment or vehicle problems or concerns to the supervisor immediately
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
