We are looking for an experienced Head Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water safety and rescue, as well as excellent customer service skills. The Head Lifeguard will be responsible for supervising other lifeguards, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing assistance to swimmers in need. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about water safety and enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise lifeguards and other aquatic staff.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct safety drills and emergency response training.
• Conduct water rescue operations.
• Monitor pool chemistry and adjust as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.
• Provide first aid and CPR as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of pool activities.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Atlanta, GA 30315: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Lifeguard (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
