We own 32 Wingstop Restaurants in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. We are actively recruiting dedicated General Managers to help lead our Baton Rouge locations (4 established locations and future plans for 3 new locations.)

A Wingstop General Manager:

Is 100% responsible for adequate shift coverage and an organized and clean restaurant.

Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and overseeing and developing each restaurant team.

Responsible for proper training for new hires and ongoing training for all staff members.

Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.

Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes discipline action, motivates and trains.

Has authority to hire and fire (or participate in those decisions).

Requirements (General Manager):

2+ years General Management experience with proven experience by being 100% responsible for all aspects of operations and employees.

2+ years experience supervising and training 15+ employees.

Upper management reference contact info for the last 2 years of employment.

Valid Driver License.

Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Requirements (Assistant Manager):

2+ years experience supervising and training 15+ employees.

Upper management reference contact info for the last 2 years of employment.

ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) license is required. Requirements for applying for license with the City of Baton Rouge: must pass online course and be subject to background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,400.00 - $40,000.00 per year
