Stepping Stones Child Care, Inc. in Ashwaubenon is looking for a fun, loving, caring, and energetic teacher to add to our staff. We are currently looking to for someone to fill a floating postion. This position's shift would generally be scheduled 10:00/10:45 am to 6:00/6:45 pm, with slight variances pending staffing needs. We do have a staff meeting once a month from 6:30 to 8:30 (after the center closes), as well as, some weekend family events that we like our staff to attend and engage with the families.

Job responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to, carrying out lesson plans (completed by lead staff), diapers, meal serving, cleaning tables, singing, dancing, playing with children, supervising children, assisting children during bathroom breaks, art, cleaning in the classroom, odd jobs around the center, dishes laundry, etc.

Benefits for this position would come into effect after a 90-day probation period. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, life insurance, Simple IRA, and a discount on child care (pending available opening for child). Our center does currently apply and has been receiving grants through the state of Wisconsin--those are dispersed in the form of monthly bonuses for our staff.

While experience is preferred, it is not required. All new hires will undergo a fingerprint background check and need to complete the necessary coursework within six months of employment.

Wage offered will be based on experience and education.

At least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent
