Summary

Assists Rooms Division Manager with all aspects of property maintenance from guest rooms to building renovations by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrates Innisfree Hotels’ culture by creating a fun, happy, and safe work environment.
• Assists the Chief Engineer in all their duties.
• Coordinates quantity estimates by obtaining and analyzing data.

• Updates estimates, schedules, reports, and documents based on revisions and changes to the property needs.
• Assists with scheduling of maintenance department and responding to guest needs.
• Inspects property, equipment, systems, and safety practices.
• Conducts a quality check of all service work completed.
• Assists in preparing and maintaining the departmental policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
