Position details:

• Worship leader is to report to the Campus Pastor for all assigned duties.

Models the standards and expectations of Xenia/Riverside Nazarene leadership.

Understands the idea that this is not just a job, but a ministry.

Qualification requirements:

Has previous experience as a member of a Praise & Worship team.

Basic knowledge of Pro-Presenter and Planning Center.

General understanding of troubleshooting technology.

Proficient musician with the ability to lead worship while playing an instrument, preferably guitar and/or keyboard.

Possess the skills necessary to lead others members of the Worship Team and the congregation during Sunday morning service.

Maintain a weekly rehearsal for the worship team, and additional rehearsals for special events such as but not limited to Christmas Eve, Easter, Good Friday, and Ash Wednesday.

Is able to effectively communicate with others as necessary in furtherance of the mission and vision of the church; specifically the ability to clearly present the Gospel.

Pay: $125.00 per week
