Technical Content Reviewer/Editor with experience within financial services

The Global Product Management - GPM Division is looking for an individual who will be responsible for Content Review/Editing of the i2c platforms, user interfaces and written communications. i2c's platforms and content are deployed across multiple channels to communicate features and functionality to our clients and their customers. This role will also cross-functionally support initiatives to further the i2c Product Roadmap and support/improve product commercialization of new platform features.

Responsibilities:

Business

• Review and suggest edits to:
  • i2c online platform content (both business client dashboards and consumer-facing screens for PC and mobile access) for correct English use, including grammar and appropriate word usage; provide suggested edits to ensure proper language usage.
  • Digital alerts that the i2c platform sends to consumers to ensure message readability.
  • Library of API names to help communicate what the APIs will do when used by a business client.
  • Written content that explains technical, operational, and service information (user guides, release notes, reference materials, etc.)
  • Review, enhance and develop process flows, as required, to define the points of communication in various projects to support business requirements documents to ensure review of content prior to deployment.
  • Ability to establish good working relationships across the company to foster success when collaborating with individuals or departments regarding content development and modifications.
  • Manage commercialization schedule for product-related communications.

Technical

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills required; experience as a technical writer is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, implementing responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Stay current on financial and technical industry topics to help with knowledge/understanding during content reviews and editing.
• Personal knowledge and use of digital communications tools is a plus.
• Ability to learn technology quickly and translate that knowledge into content editorial skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and other project management tools

Qualifications:

• College degree required; strong written and spoken English language skills needed; other language knowledge is a plus.
• Work Experience: 2+ years work experience with prior technical content review/editing and/or technical writer responsibilities; prior work experience in technology or financial services is a plus.
