As a Treatment Coordinator in our office, you will be a goal driven individual who possesses high energy, a positive and friendly attitude and most importantly, someone who provides exemplary customer service. Must be available to work at both locations (Gahanna and Hilliard).
Responsibilities:
- Present comprehensive plan to patients, address patient concerns and answer any questions
- Check out each patient
- Process payments, assist with and help arrange 3rd party financing and payment plans
- Track case acceptance, money collected and report daily/weekly
- Track and follow up with all patients who have unscheduled treatment
- Answer/return phone calls
- Perform general office duties and other duties as required

Qualifications:
- Previous front office dental experience required
- Knowledge and experience with dental treatment plans and insurance
preferred
