Titan Medical Group is looking for a motivated, passionate, driven Staff Accountant to assist in the following areas:

The Staff Accountant performs professional accounting work, preparing financial and statistical reports, providing information to the CFO regarding accounting practices and procedures and reconciling general ledger accounts, and assisting in the preparation of year-end audit reports and invoicing.

Open to entry-level, college graduates with a Bachelor's in Accounting.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.

· Reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts.

· Assists in monthly financial statement preparation

· Assists in the review of job orders and extension of job orders

· Client invoicing using QuickBooks

· Assists with collection calls

· Analyzes and reconciles invoices to VMS reports.

· Post cash receipts.

· Inputs new hires/terms in Workforce Now (ADP)

· Other projects as assigned.

· Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles and computer applications related to work.

· Ability to communicate effectively.

· Ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing, and operational use: reconciling accounts, records, reports, and journals.

· Skill in preparing financial and/or auditor statements, schedules and reports; interpreting, applying, and explaining complex laws, codes, regulations, and ordinances; reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data; maintaining accounting records for special accounts and projects.

· Ability to make sound, independent judgments with established policies and procedures, organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Graduate from a four-year college or university with major coursework in accounting and/or finance

· Bachelor’s degree desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.40 - $30.28 per hour
