Looking for a full-time Software Developer, with experience, to join our team at our company headquarters in Sumner Washington!

We're a quickly growing company placing its own stamp in the software space. We are looking for talented developers who have experience but are still humble enough to grow with us.

This opportunity is for experienced programmers who can lead an off-site team in designing specialty software for both clients and employees alike. (Your team will be off-site while you work in our Sumner Washington office) You will be able to design and code numerous new features for our websites and systems while collaborating and learning from other team members. Additionally, you will be writing code that will be used by an active user base (both our team at Headquarters as well as clients) and will constantly be challenged with new concepts that will drive our company's ability to service clients.

This is an onsite job in our Sumner Washington Headquarters - Local candidates only.

$150,000 annual DOE

• Will be project lead from a distance with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Write clean and performant code
• Design elegant UX/UI
• Interpret feature requirements
• Manage time-sensitive deadlines
• Multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Identify and fix bugs in a timely manner
• Able to take critical feedback and translate it into effective solutions
• Read/Work on existing code to improve the quality of the system

• 5+ years of professional experience with successful project management experience as well
• Experience developing and launching web applications from the ground up
• Experience in successfully leading a team that may be working from a different location
• Experience with Javascript, and Node.js is a plus
• Front End Framework experience (preferably React.js)
• Familiarity working with 3rd party APIs
• Back End experience
• Experience working with CRMs is a plus
• Must be local to the area and able to commute to our headquarters in Sumner, WA

This is NOT an entry-level position and requires a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to be considered.
