We are looking for someone passionate about social media, creative and into fashion! This position will be in charge of posting pictures of product to our Instagram and Facebook accounts, recruiting influencers and doing photos for Instagram ads. Applicants must have a strong command of these platforms. We are looking for someone that is self motivated, understands the aesthetic we're aiming for and is well organized.
This is a flexible schedule position starting at $14-$15 an hour based on experience. This is a part-time position of roughly 15 hours a week.
Social Media Coordinator Position
JOB DUTIES: Understand the goal, audience and message of a campaign for each individual store. Write, edit and proof all levels of social media for all online, offline, external and internal needs related to social media sources including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Snapchat, Pinterest and Twitter. Monitor the social media groups aforementioned for trends, tools and applications. Work closely with colleagues across the organization to develop and post content to social networking sites, an expectation of 10 posts to each store’s social media sites is required. Regularly report insights gained from social media monitoring to stakeholders. Monitor and engage in brand related online conversations in a professional manner, refraining from personal conversations with customers on the store’s social media accounts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-10-20 hours of in store work weekly, following store standards for break times and clock in/out procedures
-10 posts daily (between posts, stories, reels etc.)
-Professional language used in all interactions with customers and on posts
-Follow guidelines for flat-lays outlined by store standards including:
-Use of white backgrounds
-Removing all sensors/ no sensors visible in photo
-No store tags visible in photo
-Using layout examples provided
-Use of props to enhance photos
-Fill out a summary report each week and deliver it to the owner's office by the end of the final shift each week.
-Execute a “Win-it Wednesday” every other week for each store (two per month).
-Prepare visual media for store events twice a year (once for each store). This includes but is not limited to: flyers, receipt staples, posts and countermat images.
-Follow the store standards for organization of the social media room and implementation of the processes for collection and maintenance of products used for posts.
-Use of store cell phone for all editing, scheduling of posts, responses, photo taking, and downloading of apps. The business cell phone is not to be used for personal use (music,
personal apps). This cell phone will not leave the premises, will be plugged in to charge at the end of each shift and store standards for personal cell phone use will be followed.
-Store standards for professional business casual dress will be followed
- All communication about scheduling and time-off will be done through scheduling website WhentoWork as per store standards
