Social Media Coordinator – Quixote Studios – West Hollywood, CA
Quixote Studios is one of the nation’s premier film and Television studios and is now looking for a new Social Media Coordinator to join their Marketing & Creative Services team! The Social Media Coordinator plays an integral part in promoting the Quixote brand across all social platform by creating and sharing content of our clients and culture.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following*:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve company marketing goals and are aligned with company identity, employee culture, and brand strategy.
  • Create content of and at all Quixote locations, by shooting content in-house, outreach to employees, and sourcing social media via geo-locations, tags, and mentions.
  • Create and follow a schedule to regularly post creative engaging content that is specific to different social media platforms (FB/IG/Twitter/LinkedIn/YouTube/Vimeo/Blog/etc.).
  • Engage in a positive and constructive manner with clients/users/followers/etc.
  • Grow brand awareness and online reputation through management of all company social media platforms.
  • Create monthly analytics reports to track progress/effectiveness.
  • Create collaborative relationships with influencers.
  • Maintain commanding knowledge of the latest social media trends, cultural moments, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure relevance.
  • Attend and cover events on behalf of Quixote.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience / Abilities*:

  • 1+ years’ experience managing social media for a medium sized company
  • Dedicated experience in Social Media Marketing Management
  • Proven history of collaborating across multiple disciplines to meet social media goals
  • Experience with all major social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Later
  • Highly organized and proactive, always looking for ways to push our brands forward on our social media platforms
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
