JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to manage and run an efficient service dept

- Must be able to run QuickBooks: Scheduling and billing

- Must understand the concept of proper taxes to be charged for jobs

- Must have strong communication skills for both employees and customers

- Must run a safe team and is responsible for making sure all Service vehicles are properly maintained.

- Must have ability to estimate for service projects and present proper documentation to insurance companies.

- Must be willing to do overtime work.

DUTIES AND NOT LIMITED TO: In house training will be given to successful applicant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reports to GM

- Responsible for all finial billing and its accuracy

- Responsible that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner

- Responsible to lead the in-shop spa refurbishment in a profitable manner

- Must have a understanding of chemicals, electrical, and plumbing

- Must spend 25% of time in the field assisting service techs

-Must continue to build our commerical entities and residental

SALARY PACKAGE:

$50,000- $60,000 per year (depending on experience)

Day range:

• Monday to Friday

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Rotating shift

• West Fargo, ND 58078: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
