The Motor Vehicle Operator is responsible for transporting guests and employees while performing security work assignments to include the safeguarding of property assets and ensuring our environment is safe and secure for patrons and employees of both casino locations. Duties include completing reports, inspects buildings and equipment, while securing access points, prevents losses and damages by reporting irregularities while maintaining the stability and integrity of our Security department. Communicates with internal departments as needed and promotes good employee relations by conducting themselves in a professional manner. Provides superior guest services to guests of our casino. Performs other job related duties as assigned by department manager. Starting wage is $23.03/hr, increasing to $23.57/hr at successful completion of 90 day orientation period.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Experience & Requirements:

• Previous Security experience is required
• Must have excellent communication and guest relation skills
• Basic report writing skills is required
• Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License with a good driving record and be able to provide a current driving abstract with the ability to be insured and bonded
• Additional education or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
• Must be able to maintain a high level on concentration
• The ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
• Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Upon offer must obtain a Class IIIA Gaming License ($273 - 335)
• Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
