Position Summary
Our facial plastic surgery practice is seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant who can thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. As the Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will develop and lead our marketing initiatives and carefully craft the growth trajectory for our brands, including the KDSkin Line, the BeautyBytes podcast, and the surgical practice. This role requires an ambitious self-starter, multi-tasker, great communicator, and team player — someone who thinks quickly, creatively, and out of the box. As one of the marketing leaders of our high-volume practice, applicants should work well under pressure, have a positive personality, and come in with a "no challenge is too big" attitude!
Responsibilities
- Help develop the strategic brand direction, sales goals and implementation of marketing programs.
- Analyze brand performance and proactively develop actionable plans to drive sales for a high-volume medical-grade skin care line, KD Skincare
- Generate sales-driving ideas and concepts to support key categories and best sellers for KD Skincare as well as injectables in the practice
- Create impactful and innovative marketing programs, with a comprehensive 360 approach.
- Manage daily emails, and handle calendaring of events and meetings for multiple accounts on an executive level.
- Assisting the practice's CEO with networking meetings and events, as well as coordinating logistics for meeting travel (e.g. billing, flights, accommodations)
- Create and post content to a wide variety of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest etc.
- Assist with creation of monthly newsletter and promotional communications
- Assist with coordination of parties and promotional events
- Update customer facing websites with blog posts and photos
- Create and edit video/audio content for podcasts (Beauty Bytes with Dr. Kay: Secrets of a Plastic Surgeon) and other socials
- Design Powerpoint/Keynote presentations
- Correspond with influencers, patients, and business contacts
- Manage public relations with corporate contacts and media relations
- Gatekeeper of the brand architecture, quality cues, brand values and key messaging.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in the aesthetic space
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
