Wireless Sales Associate Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer - Dade City, FL and Zephyrhills, FL Full-time, and Part-time Positions Available

Smart Touch Wireless LLC, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer in is looking for strong sales leaders who are passionate about mobile technology. We are accepting resumes for full-time and part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our team! Wireless Sales Associates will be responsible for providing an exceptional sales experience by working directly with consumers, promoting mobile devices, and other products and services. Applicants must be energetic and possess the desire to exceed goals and provide a professional, solution driven experience for the customer. We offer a competitive compensation package: Base hourly rate plus weekly commissions payouts. Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers
• Desire to meet and exceed sales goals
• Sell all products and services offered by the company
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders
• Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features
• Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Leader regarding local competition and product/service needs
• Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company
• Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events
• Perform other duties as assigned by sales management
• Participate as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members
• Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others
• Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction

Qualifications

• Obtained a high school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish a plus
• Sales experience required, preferably in a Wireless industry: 1 year
• Ability to operate all office and wireless equipment pertinent to the position
• Available 25-40 hours per week, including; days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrate clear communication in listening, writing, and speaking
• Consistently demonstrate a commitment to Smart Touch Wireless LLC policies and procedures, including but not limited to; attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
