Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Dispenses and oversees medication management with oversight from the Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing
• Supervises the Certified Nursing Assistants on a shift to shift basis
• Reviews Medication Administration Records
• Communicates daily or as needed with Physicians
• Assists Director of Nursing with monitoring chart accuracy and completion.
• Assesses and evaluates resident issues and medical concerns
• Documents incidental occurrences and other pertinent resident medical/care information

Qualifications:

• RN License, required
• Previous experience with brain injury, preferred.
