As the Project Coordinator, Clinical Decision Support Solutions , you will support and coordinate the design, development, and delivery of machine learning solutions for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. In this role, reporting to Director, Program Management, you will help shape an innovative digital diagnostics portfolio of new offerings that use machine learning and AI technology to improve clinical outcomes , and you will collaborate with a team to deliver these predictive analytics to healthcare providers via EHR-integrated CDS solutions . You will accomplish this by being hands-on and collaborating with your team, other business groups, electronic health record (EHR) vendors, clinicians, and hospital IT teams.
Travel to one of our corporate facilities might be required on a quartely basis to one of our corporate facilities.
Essential Responsibilities
Support operations of the Program Management Office and product development functions by maintaining and managing department project time tracking, budgets, and supplier relationships.
Support the onboarding and payment of external suppliers, including processing purchase orders and invoices. Work closely with the finance team to track expenditures and ensure accruals are entered.
Prepare reports to facilitate invoicing for BARDA that are required for compliance as well as for other government grants.
Support project time tracking and resource demand planning, leveraging Beckman systems and processes.
Support onboarding and offboarding of new associates and contractors, ensuring system access is requested and secured, distribution lists and meeting requests are updated, and immersion materials are provided.
Manage onboarding of healthcare providers for advisory boards and other engagements, following Beckman compliance processes.
Collaborate with legal to execute and manage contracts related to product development, including supplier contracts, development partner contracts, and data purchase contracts. Maintain awareness of upcoming contract expirations and notify contract business owner. Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred with 3+ years relevant experience with consistent record supporting projects and associated responsibilities.
Demonstrated the ability to balance multiple competing priorities and leverage internal network to accomplish tasks with limited oversight.
Fast learner able to quickly become adept at using the Danaher Business System tools
Must be detail oriented with well-developed organizational and analytical skills.
Experience in working collaboratively with external partners and government officials a plus.
This role can be remote or based in one of Beckman Coulter’s offices in Brea, CA; Miami, FL; or Chaska, MN.

The salary range for this role is $80K - $100K . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
