Production Worker: Starting rate of pay is $18.00 with No Experience Needed!

Summary/Objective

Want to be able to listen to music while you work? Or get great benefits long term with a thriving organization? Arrow Cryogenics, Inc is seeking a General Laborers for our Electropolish department.

Essential Functions

• Read, understand and follow processing instructions: process cards and customer order slips
• Constantly observe quality of parts
• Understand and meet production rate requirements
• Sign off individual processing steps
• Work closely with supervisors to maintain quality inspections
• Keep areas clean and organized
• Use Chemical process to remove material and improve the surface finish, Shine up stainless steel parts.
• Employee will be using hands to rack parts on certain racks for the process.
• Package parts after processing.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 Lbs.
• Other duties as assigned

Competencies

• Able to work with basic computer programs
• Good hand and wrist dexterity: able to work with hands for entire shift
• Great attention to detail to ensure quality of product
• Understand when to notify your supervisors and managers of issues that need to be addressed
• Able to work overtime as needed

Work Environment

General Shop environment. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The position involves sitting, stooping, walking and lifting not more than 70 pounds throughout the day.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The hours of work on the 1st shift are Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM and Fridays 7:00 AM-2:00 PM.
