Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) in Heath, OH, is seeking an organized, and dynamic Product Delivery Specialist (level 2) to support the Boeing Enterprise Shipping System (BESSy) Initiation Process and Shipping Stakeholder Integration for Repair and Production. The desired candidate is a service-oriented person with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who can work with minimal oversight and is adept at supporting multi-disciplinary technical teams. This individual will assist program teams in implementing and executing a variety of business processes supporting multiple customers and programs.

The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, open to new opportunities and experiences on a wide range of business functions, and works well as part of a multi-functional team. Candidate should have strong Microsoft skills, especially Excel, Outlook and Word. This role will include support of Boeing Heath Repair and Production DD250 Information into the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).

Position Responsibilities:

  • With oversight, assists in facilitating process management teams.
  • Assists in facilitating appropriate use of process methods and tools within a structured or defined environment, such as team meetings.
  • Assists in collecting, analyzing and documenting requirements from process owners.
  • Participates in documenting business processes and data models.
  • Understanding of current strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to access and manage data flows in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Department of Defense Systems (DOD Sys) that includes a working knowledge and understanding of; Government Online Data (GOLD) Enterprise Service Platform (ESP), Boeing Recurring and Independent Demand Scheduling (BRAIDS), Common Contracting System (CCS), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), and Item Unit Identification IUID System
  • Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects and implementation activities.
  • Understands the customer's processes.
  • Identifies customer requirements for user acceptance testing to verify system functionality, quality, and accuracy.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of general database concepts.
  • Participates in peer-group reviews of designs and creates and maintains documentation.
  • Uses established document control procedures and guidelines to complete assignments.
  • Supports efforts to eliminate and/or consolidate process documentation.
  • Assists in applying process standards, guidelines, methods and tools.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent 3 years prior experience in related occupational field
  • 1+ year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Interfaces and data integration

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ year of experience interfacing with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
  • Experience working with large cross-functional teams

Education:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Summary pay range: Min: 70,550 –Max: 95,450
