ResourceMFG has entry level Pick / Pack positions available in a climate-controlled facility in Murfreesboro, TN. This is an entry level opportunity picking and sorting food products in a factory setting. No prior experience is needed. This is a a great pathway to go full time with an awesome company!

Shift and Pay Information:

• 3rd shift - 11:00pm - 7:00am $17.00 an hour
• Up to a $2.00 increase in skill pay
• Double Time on Sunday if you work 7.5 hours Monday – Monday (Example: $34 an hour on 3rd shift if you qualify!)

Pick / Pack Job Description:

• Sorting food products within the manufacturing facility
• Quality checking of food production
• Eye for detailed product inspections
• Fast paced sorting and loading
• Cleaning up boxes/trash and general cleaning
• Sanitation of production lines and equipment
• Measuring food products

Requirements:

• No High School Diploma or GED required
• No prior manufacturing, production, or factory experience needed to start
• No previous experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, stoop and bend.

This is a full time; temp to hire position based on attendance and performance. We are hiring immediately.
