Cor-tech is hiring Shipping Picking and Packing Agents to work at our clients location in Waterbury, VT.
What to know about the Shipping Picking and Packing Agent Position:
Pay: $18.50
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)
SHIPPING PICKING AND PACKING SUMMARY:
The Shipping Picking and Packing Agent is responsible for picking and packing orders with a 99.5% accuracy rate.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a fast paced, moderate noise level environment in a facility which manufactures products where the following allergens may be present: milk, eggs, fish, peanuts, wheat, shellfish, soybeans, tree nut, and gluten.

SHIPPING PICKING AND PACKING ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Picks and packs product accurately
- Maintains an organized, clean work area
- Keeps Picking and Packing errors to minimum that meets company standards.
- Maintains excellent communication
- Responsible for GMP and quality of product
- Well organized and able to handle multiple task at times.
- Self-Motivated who can work with minimum supervision
- Make shipping lead aware of any Inventory/location issues
- Ability to complete other duties as needed from shipping lead
SHIPPING PICKING AND PACKING SKILLS:
- Dependable and reliable employee
- Ability to use computers
- Always looking for continuous process improvement
SHIPPING PICKING AND PACKING PERFORMANCE METRICS:
- Pick and pack 300 orders per month with a 99.5% accuracy rate
