Sales Opening Position

Who We Are:

We are IRS and State Debt Resolution Specialists. We utilize a network of Tax Attorneys, CPA’s and IRS Enrolled Agents to not only bring you back to compliance, but more importantly get you into the best hardship program available for your case. Our goal with each client is to save them on everything possible by utilizing Tax Law and Tax Code. We provide protection when needed, prepare and submit all missing Tax Returns, and then pivot into the full resolution of your Tax Balances.We are looking for talented and competitive individuals to join our Sales Team!

Responsibilities:

• Able to be in office for training
• Speak and communicate clearly over the phone
• Screen/contact potential clients and qualify them for our many tax relief programs.
• Calling company provided leads in an effective and efficient manner. There is never cold calling, all leads have requested our services and provided to you real time all day
• Develop an understanding of each client’s situation and convey the value of tax resolution services in each interaction.
• Take pride in our services and never misrepresent who or what we do. Customer service comes above all else
• Take control of the initial phone call by building credibility and creating a relationship with our potential client.
• Overcome objections from potential clients using provided company strategies, scripts, and be able to take constructive advice.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be able to pass a background
• Strong communication, organization, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and remain articulate under pressure.
• Upbeat, energetic personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Self-confident, goals driven, competitive, coachable.
• Able to negotiate and identify solutions.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods spent sitting at a desk.
• Comfortable with over the phone interactions, our clients are located nationwide
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Willing to grow within the company and excel within other aspects
• Must have prior Tax Resolution Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
