Overview:
FMI is a leading consulting and investment banking firm dedicated to serving companies working within the built environment. FMI’s Leadership and Organizational Development practice helps build great leaders, teams, and organizations throughout the Built Environment. The practice serves our clients by identifying a leadership and talent development approach that equips their leaders with the skills they need to lead the organization into the future.

This paid, part-time People Analytics fellowship requires a commitment of 25-30 hours per week. The position will be based either in our Denver, Colorado office or at our headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
This role will focus on data analysis, interpretation, and storytelling in the context of leadership evaluations, succession management, team leadership, executive advising & coaching, etc.

  • Interpreting and analyzing leadership assessments
  • Analyzing client assessments for strengths, areas for improvement and implications for leadership
  • Creating customized reports based on findings and implications
  • Analyzing organizational or individual data (e.g., psychometric assessments, structured interview data, 360 evaluations, culture assessments, competency surveys) to gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of large organizations and assist in the development of recommendations
  • Developing evaluation reports in a wide variety of leadership and organizational development service areas
  • Assisting with process improvement for data collection, analysis and interpretation
Qualifications:
  • Master’s or Ph.D. degree , I/O Psychology, or currently enrolled in a program
  • Strong interest in diving deep into people data & understanding how personality and past experiences shape future behavior
  • High attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience in a business or academic setting
  • Strong interest for consulting in the fields of leadership and organizational development
  • Experience with both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Background in psychometrics and/or experience with the analysis and interpretation of psychometric assessments
  • Hogan Certification or familiarity with the Hogan Assessment products a plus

Compensation: $30-$32/hr based on experience
