Job description

Bubolo Medical is looking to hire a full time front desk/ patient coordinator for our Acworth and Sandy Spring locations to join our dynamic team. All our employees strive to deliver excellent customer service and ensure maximum patient satisfaction, while consistently meeting the clinic's goals.

  • Candidate preferable has a background in Medical front desk but not required
  • Training will be provided and paid
  • Candidate that is organized, self starter, team player and willing to learn is a must
  • “Go the extra mile” for our patients
  • Remain knowledgeable on services and products offered and discuss available options
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
