*Place and process orders efficiently

*Manage large volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats

*Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction

*Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies

*Able to address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking issues

*Ability to perform in a high paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
