SUMMARY
The Sales Assistant assists the dealership with marketing both traditional and nontraditional, managing the CRM system and may take on additional projects to make ensure our customers have a remarkable experience. This position will also back up our F&I Department when needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Websites
- Dealer Websites (Dealer.com)
- Inventory Management
- Update specials, dealer info, employees, etc.
- Maintenance – Add new pages, Navigation, updates, etc.
- OEM Dealer Sites
- Update specials, dealer info, employees, etc.
- Monitor & maintain content
- 3rd Party Sites
- Monitor inventory and information
- Set up dealer information, inventory, form delivery, etc.
- CRM
- Manage CRM System and handle issues as they arise
- Assign Leads / Internet Lead Escalations / Fox Motors Email / Modify weekend email lead schedules
- Specials Update Requests & E-News Sign Up
- Generate Reports, Campaigns & Pull customer lists
- Add / Update Follow Up Schedules and Documents
- Add new employees and train
- Monitor for duplicates and combine in ERA if needed
- Add primary to unassigned service customers
- Events
- Sales Events
- Handle & Implement Creative (Email Blast, Mailer, Web Element, Tags, etc.)
- Launch / Dealer Events
- Determine customer list and monitor RSVP’s
- Creative – Invites Web Element, Email Blast, etc.
- Set Up – Timeline, Catering, Table Rental, Gifts, etc.
- Co-Op – Pre-Approval and proof for reimbursement
- Employee Holiday Party
- Miscellaneous
- Vehicle Details
- Print Projects
F&I Back-up
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and / or advertising preferred.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- ADP, Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge preferred.
