Apartment Office Assistant/ Occupancy Specialist for 76 Unit USDA Rural Development and Tax Credit apartment community located in Reedley, CA. Hours of work are Monday 10 am to 2 pm and Tuesday – Friday 8 am to 12 pm.

Seeking a candidate with a “winning” personality, who is organized, and has good communication skills. Primary responsibilities would include processing Annual Re-certification's, Interim Re-certification's, and Move-in Certification’s and assisting in all phases of Apartment Rental Office duties which include assisting residents; answering phones; preparing letters and notices; updating the waiting list; collecting and depositing rents; computer data entry; attending all company sponsored meetings; and any and all other work related requirements of the position. Prior USDA Rural Development and Tax Credit experience and Real Page OneSite experience a plus. Must have a valid CA Driver’s License, Auto Insurance and pass a Criminal and DMV background check.
