Metal Stamping Press Robotics Technician Description of Duties:
The primary responsibility of this role is to actively provide support as technician at various U.S., Canada and Mexico Company locations / Tool Vendors, including preparation of daily plans / job tracking, lead / foster good communications and dimensional problem solving, support Kaizens, ensure team safety, standardized work adherence, manage measurement equipment, part data, robot simulation, installation checks, integration confirmation, and measurement data/report output.
Metal Stamping Press Robotics Technician Qualifications:
- Post High school technical training or certification, or equivalent work experience (industrial maintenance, tech robots)
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, Power-Point, Word, Outlook).
- Proficient with basic robot teaching.
- Strong ability to review and interpret part, machine / jig drawings and 3D data.
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC, Toyopuc PLC, and Siemens controls systems.
- Being able to problem solve, flexible, eager to learn new things,
- Available to complete work travel throughout North America, with possible short-term dispatch ($75/day meal allowance applies, time travelling paid, travel expenses paid)
- Available to work weekends and OT as per business requirements
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced manufacturing hands on environment

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
