Pro Resources Staffing is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in the automotive industry to work in Fremont, IN.
Our customer offers a friendly/family atmosphere with competitive wages and benefits. The maintenance technician will be responsible for preforming general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. All work will be done in compliance with EPA, Hazmat, OSHA safety rules and factory operating procedures.
Hours are 3:30pm- 12:00am, Monday through Friday.
Overtime hours would be 3:30pm- 2:00am, Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays and Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repairing defective equipment.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Welding and Fabrication as needed.
- Respond to work orders request in a timely fashion.
- Physically capable of lifting 20 pounds unassisted and occasionally lift 50 pounds.
- Effective writing and oral communication skills
- Able to work well with minimal supervision
- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting if necessary
- Preform other maintenance duties as requested.
- Able to work overtime and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits.
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Knowledge of programming and repairing CNC, Robotic, X-Rays, PLC and high pressure die cast machines.
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with certifications.
