Job description
An apartment community in Aurora is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Maintenance department. The position performs office and administrative tasks for the department including facilitating and tracking work orders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Handle customer service calls
- Facilitate and track work orders
- Ordering supplies
- Provide assistance and problem resolution to residents; prepare service requests
- Communicate with residents and coworkers in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure resident satisfaction
- Communicate with vendors and contractors in a courteous and efficient manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with Fair Housing
- Ability to build rapport with residents and guests
- Strong negotiation skills
