Boden Plumbing is one of the oldest and best known residential service plumbing and HVAC contractors in the Sonoma Valley, Napa Valley, and Petaluma area. We are searching for the right HVAC installer to join our team. We are looking for a person who is mechanical, neat in appearance, well manicured, with great customer skills, great communication skills, and a positive attitude. A person with morals who will make the right decisions for the customer and the company.

Some of duties will include:

-Removal and Installation of HVAC equipment
-Confidence in working under homes or in attics
-Ability to learn/perfect skills such as welding, refrigerant evacuations, nitrogen testing
-Assist with any and all repair and installation work as determined and allowed by the Technicians.
-Wear shoe covers while in the clients' homes and maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service.
-Always be courteous, respectful, and pleasant to the client.
-Ensure every job is completely cleaned up and the work areas are spotless.
-Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
-Maintain our trucks so they are neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times. The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has.
-Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings
-Adhere to the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.
-Be on time

-A lead installer with experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person to be an installer.

-Pay is a combination of hourly and performance based bonus with no ceiling on how much can be made.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
