Lawn Care Worker
The Homes at Pelican Landing in Gulfport seeks a Lawn Care Technician to perform lawn care maintenance services which would include the following:
- Perform maintenance of lawn, flowerbeds
- Picking up trash around the property
- Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, line trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking and mulch installation
- Unloading/loading equipment and materials
- Wash dirty equipment {including all mower decks} and return to approved storage location. Report damaged or broken equipment to management immediately.
- Fill trucks, mowers, equipment, and cans with fuel additive & fuel in preparation for the next day (or as necessary)
- Must be able to work outside 8 hrs a day In heat, cold, or other Conditions.
- Must work well with other team members
- On rainy days, will be working ion shop or assisting maintenancce with getting units ready to rent.
