Dr. Green Services is family owned and operated company. We have been in business for over 35 years, and we’re looking for hard working, reliable and experienced Lawn Care Specialists with experience in the green industry (preferred but not required). We are specifically seeking select individuals who take pride in their work, are hardworking, and passionate about providing great quality service. At Dr. Green we will compensate you well for your work based on your skills and experience with competitive pay, weekly production bonus incentives, and paid training. The primary services we offer are lawn and ornamental weed control, fertilization, and mosquito control. Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 21 Years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Background Check
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Have or ability to obtain Dept. of Agriculture applicators license
• Previous landscape experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to meet production goals
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Daily Tasks include:

• Ability to finish the assigned route and apply state regulated herbicide, pesticide, fertilizer, and any other products necessary to establish or maintain a thick, healthy lawn
• Maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of assigned company equipment and vehicles
• Interact professionally, respectfully, and positively with customers, the public, and other Dr. Green employees and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

• New Lenox, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
