FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is currently seeking a full-time HR GENERALIST to join our team at our SARASOTA, FL location.
The Human Resources Generalist will report to the HR Manager and will support the department’s practices and objectives. The HRG will be responsible for helping with the development and communication of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. The HRG will drive the development of a high performance, employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality and continuous improvement through dissemination of policies/procedures from corporate level to individual clinics and building strong personal and direct working relationships.
The Human Resources Generalist will play a vital role in shaping our rapidly growing employee base and will be directly responsible for all employee/student recruitment, placement, onboarding and offboarding.
This position will have daily interaction with all clinic employees and be the initial key point of contact for all human resources related issues. The Human Resources Generalist requires a collaborative team player that knows how to integrate and engage with multiple departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboarding/Offboarding
- Assist with Recruitment/Job Fairs
- Administrative Duties
- Assist HR Managers on an as needed basis
- Miscellaneous duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum two (2) years prior work experience in related field.
- Associate’s degree or higher in related field preferred
- Thorough understanding of company branding and atmosphere.
