What We Are Looking For
The Spa Coordinator is responsible for welcoming guests, preparing them for services, ensuring their comfort and relaxation through guest amenities, preparing beverages and proper guest flow through the spa on a daily basis. The Spa Coordinator is responsible for assisting the other laundry attendants, spa concierge, and general manager when needed to complete tasks, assist guests, ensure flow and cleanliness of spa is up to par at all times. The Spa Coordinator needs to embody a hardworking attitude, willingness to help in any tasks assigned, professionalism, positive attitude, desire to learn, be able to take constructive criticism, and leadership qualities. The Spa Coordinator is responsible for conforming to standards set forth and will strive each day to exceed our guests and employers expectations.
Immediate opening for a hospitality team member in a busy day spa. Must be energetic and able to multi-task. Please only apply if you can work all of these hours.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Covers duties of Concierge when necessary
- Covers duties of Laundry Attendants when necessary
- Schedule appointments using Meevo
- Complete opening and closing tasks when necessary
- Maintain organization of retail room, quiet room, spa common areas, and spa in general
- Escort guests to dressing rooms, service areas, etc., when needed
- Provide amenities to guests when needed
- Ensure professionalism in appearance, hygiene, and attitude at all times
- Greet guests
- Confirm appointments
- Be willing to step up and provide coverage when needed
- Be willing to step into different positions, ie. laundry, spa concierge when needed
- Be able to ensure a positive work environment
- Be a team player and be willing to do what is needed to ensure the spa runs smoothly each day
- Prepare and sell gift cards
- Recommend and sell retail products
- Educate guests on spa services and retail products
- Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy as set forth by General Manager and Owner
- Embody Woodhouse Brand Standards to the highest extent
- Abide by all protocols and guidelines set forth by General Manager and Owner
Hours: (Weekends Required)
Monday 10 - 6pm
Tuesday 10 - 6:30pm
Wednesday 10 - 6:30pm
Thursday 11 - 7:30pm
Sunday 9:30 - 5:30pm

$17.00 per hour, 10% commission on all retail sales.
