Job description

* We are looking for someone who has experience working in a primary care medical office.

* We need someone who is computer lit, and familiar with the different Insurance portals as well as worked on an EMR system. We are currently using Allscripts.

* Someone who understands the terminology of different diagnosis and coding.

* Follow office protocols for answering phones.

* We are looking for someone who is a team player, works hard, helps others, friendly and kind to our patients and staff.

* Needs to be able to multitask and okay to cover any position in the office that is needed.

* Understands and has referral experience is needed for this position.

* Needs to know how to verify all insurance plans, prepare charts for the following day and save all necessary insurance information to patients chart.

* Hours needed: 7:45-5/5:30 M,T,W / 8:15-6:00/6:30 Thursday / 7:45-3 Friday

* ideal candidate: Medical office front desk, medical office knowledgeable with insurance portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
