POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Recruiter plays a key role in finding, screening, and selecting high-quality candidates to work Valet for a prestigious Hotel and Casino in Thackerville, OK. (approx. an hour from Dallas; 30min from Denton) The field recruiter will support the HR team in addition to building networks to attract candidates and build strong on the ground community presence. This position is a great opportunity for students to earn experience in the Human Resources/Hospitality field.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain relationships with both employees and Human Resources Director to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Be actively recruiting throughout the day at various locations
• Attend Job Fairs and Social Events.
• Search for new recruiting locations.
• Measure success of initiatives by completing timely HR reports.
• Maximize ALL on campus resources and opportunities to acquire candidates

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST have an energetic, outgoing attitude and a “sales” mentality
• MUST be able to meet weekly hiring goals
• MUST be self-motivated
• MUST be able to work outside, and be on your feet duration of the shift
• Have at least 1 year of recruitment experience; OR actively pursuing a HR/Hospitality related degree
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Have a valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 and have a clear criminal record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient with technology (web and mobile applications).
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

COMPENSATION

• $15 per hour (PLUS commission, details will be discussed during interview)
