Job description
We are looking for individuals that are interested in joining an underground utilities company based in Plant City. We specialize in the electrical and communications sectors using both trenchless (Directional Drilling) and trench (Machine Trench) methods.

Driver and/or Equipment Operators:

Driver and/or Equipment Operators:
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and assigned vehicles.
- Locate and survey work areas prior to digging.
- Train others on proper operation of equipment.
- Assist crew in daily tasks associated with excavation, trenching and horizontal drilling efforts.
- Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality service and timeliness in daily operations.
Skills:
- Learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations.
- Uses logic to solve problems with effective solutions.
- Is committed to making improvements and open to suggestions.
- Listens and communicates effectively with crewmates both written and verbally.
Work Location:
- Hillsborough County and adjacent counties.
Pay Frequency:
- Weekly.
Schedule:
- 10-hour shift (Monday to Thursday).
- 8-hour overtime shift Fridays.
Benefit Conditions:
- Waiting period may apply.
- Only full-time employees are eligible.
Typical start and end time:
- 7AM - 5PM.
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred).
- Machine operator: 1 year (Preferred).
- Underground construction: 1 year (Preferred).
- Directional Drilling 1 year (Preferred) - Willing to Pay more for experienced Drillers and Locators.
License/Certification:
- CDL Class A.
