Responsibilities:
Team Select Home Care is looking for a Caregiver to join our family. As a Caregiver you will have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly. You will also communicate and demonstrate competency in caring for our patients. Our Caregivers report directly to the Director of Operations and your non-medical responsibilities will be:
  • Bathing assistance
  • Preventative skin care
  • Hair care including shampooing, drying, styling, and combing/brushing hair
  • Nail care in the absense of medical conditions
  • Mouth care and oral hygiene
  • Shaving
  • Dressing
  • Feeding
  • Toileting
  • Medication reminders
  • Accompaniment
  • Housekeeping
  • Transfers
Qualifications:
  • Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly
  • 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
