We are Honolulu Periodontics and Implants. We are a growing practice, and we are looking to add a Front Office Administrator Assistant to our team. This is a specialty dental practice that offers various surgical procedures.

As a busy practice you will be providing support as part of the front office team. To be successful at this position you must be able to multitask, provide clear verbal communication and maintain a positive attitude even under pressure. Your main tasks will be scheduling and coordinating new patients, confirming appointments, returning calls, checking emails, collecting payments and answering phones. You will be working mainly within Dentrix (our practice management software). Office administration experience is preferred but not required. The work is challenging but once you become proficient at it, the workday is typically engaging, and time passes quickly.

This is a PART TIME wage based position. Office hours are Monday to Friday, closed Thursdays, 7:30am to 5:00pm. Currently looking to fill afternoons from 2-5pm and one possible full day. Flexible on the time but once a schedule is set you will be expected to honor those hours. On-premises parking is provided.
