Automotive DMV Title Clerk Biller $22-28/hr

We're looking for responsible individuals who can perform a variety of tasks in relation to accounting, administration work, title follow ups, processing DMV documentation. The position allows growth opportunities. Position also requires interactions with store and office management.

Responsibilities:

Provide clients with world class service

Complete understanding of processes and procedures

Preparation of legal DMV documentation

Verification of auto loan payoffs

Processing used vehicle titles after vehicle is sold

Call on titles in transit

Punctual is non-negotiable

Careful with dealer and client cars

Car deals scanned into the cloud

Provide additional admin support as called upon

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years Dealership Experience required

Bilingual is a plus but not required

Ability to take directions and follow processes and procedures

Work well with others in a team-oriented environment
