CNC Thread Grinding Operator - Early 1st Shift

Located in Saukville, WI, Tesker Manufacturing Corp. currently has openings for 1st shift CNC Thread Grinding Operator. For over 50 years, Tesker has been the industry leader in providing the highest quality thread rolling equipment & tooling. We are a fast paced, high quality environment running small quantity orders. Tesker is a family owned company, looking for long term employees.

Early Shift – 4 AM to Noon, Monday-Friday

Experience in a machine shop is desired.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, program and operate milling & drilling machines on a variety of work to very close tolerance.
• Ability to use jigs, fixtures, clamps, etc.
• Select, prepare & install respective tooling.
• Adjust speeds, feeds, tooling & operational sequences as needed.
• Work from blueprints, routings, process sheets, etc.
• Excellent shop math to compute angles, radii, and other dimensions.
• Must be proficient with measuring tools: calipers, micrometer, etc.

Benefits:

• $20-$28 per hour based on experience

• Tesker covers 70% of all premiums.

• Yearly productivity bonus (generally $4K-$5k)

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly
